Neighborhoods with NO (or optional) HOA

Many of the neighborhoods in Lexington have an HOA but we get many requests for neighborhoods without an HOA. Here are a couple of options that may help your search!

1. Rollingwood: This quiet Lexington community features large lots with mature landscaping and no HOA, fees, or restrictions. Lots of mature landscaping and a beautiful drive! Located off of Old Cherokee.
2. Whiteford: Lots of mature trees and a PERFECT location for those looking for convenience! Right off of 378 in the heart of Lexington and minutes away from the Lake Murray Dam!
3. Bent Creek Plantation: Older Neighborhood with many homes located in cul de sacs. Located off of Old Cherokee, this neighborhood is located seconds away from Walmart, Publix, TJ Maxx, and Kohls!
4. Sherwood Estates: New Construction neighborhood with great size lots! Located between Lexington and Gilbert
5. Mallard Hills & Mallard Lakes: Located just off of 378 and Sunset, this scenic neighborhood offers a gorgeous landscapes and is minutes away from Downtown Lexington.
6. Hamlet West: Here you will find great size lots and tons of big front porches!
7. Woodcreek: In a neighborhood of tree lined streets, you will find nearly 400 homes that are surrounded by beautiful nature. Neighborhood has sidewalks to make a great places for evening walks or pets!
8. Wise Ferry Plantation: Stunning neighborhood with great size lots! Away from the hustle and bustle of Lexington life
9. BeloRidge: This neighborhood features HUGE lots for a neighborhood. This is a smaller community.
10. Lakewood Estates: Great neighborhood for first time home buyers or downsizers!
11. Ridgewood: Adorable neighborhood built in the early 2000s!
