Springhill Lake: Lexington SC

Attached is an older video that I did on Springhill Lake.

Springhill Lake is a beautiful neighborhood with a community pool, playground, clubhouse, and “lake” that allows catch and release fishing. This neighborhood also has boat storage for an additional cost.

DR Horton is currently (2023) building another phase of this neighborhood however Midsouth Builders was the builder of the homes in the front of the neighborhood.

This neighborhood features brick, stone, and hardy-plank sided homes. Sizes of homes in the neighborhood will vary with most being between 2000 sq feet and 3500 sq feet but you do have homes that are nearly 5000 sq feet here! With the variation of sizes and finishes, you will also find a variety of prices. Currently, homes here range from the high 300’s to mid-high 600’s

While this neighborhood doesn’t feature sidewalks, you will see a lot of people still enjoying the great common area spaces, riding bikes, and just taking a stroll around the neighborhood.

At the time of this article, this community is zoned for Lexington 1 schools including the new Beechwood Middle School. Rocky Creek Elementary and Lexington High School round out the current list of zoned schools.

This community while still a quick drive into the heart of Lexington is a little further out from the hustle and bustle of traffic.
